Tour Itinerary

The itinerary begins with your arrival at the airport in Beijing and ends with your transfer to the Shanghai airport for your departure home. When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that the majority of flights to China from the United States arrive the following day and flights back to the United States arrive the same day.

Day 1 Arrive in Beijing	Meet at airport and private transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 Beijing	Full day private tour to TianAnmen Square, Forbidden City & Hutong. Deluxe lunch served at Bai Grand Mansion Restaurant. (B, L)
Day 3 Beijing	Full day private tour to Great Wall Mutianyu section and Bird Nest/Water Cube (watch from outside). Deluxe lunch served at XiaoLongPu Restaurant. Deluxe Peking Duck Dinner served at Chef Dong's Restaurant. (B, L, D)
Day 4 Beijing - Xi'an	Private transfer to airport and take late morning direct flight to Xian. Afternoon private tour to visit City Wall (ride a bike on top of wall). (B)
Day 5 Xi'an	Full day private tour to Terra Cotta Warriors Museum & Shaanxi History Museum (*** with VIP access to Fresco Exhibition ***). Deluxe buffet lunch served at your hotel. (B, L)
Day 6 Xi'an - Shanghai	Morning free and afternoon transfer to airport for direct flight to Shanghai. (B)
Day 7 Shanghai	Full day private tour to Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Old Town, French Concession & XinTianDi. (B, L)
Day 8 Shanghai	Half day excursion to nearby water town - Zhujiajiao. Afternoon transfer back to Shanghai downtown and relax on your own. (B)
Day 9 Shanghai - U.S.A	Private transfer to Pudong International Airport (PVG) for your flight home. (B)

Airlines' special fares generally apply to very brief periods, however our low air-inclusive fares apply throughout the year. To get these "Deals" you may have to pay the full airfare at the time of booking. Airfare is available to passengers traveling from the United States and Canada, and when booked in conjunction with a land/tour vacation. An additional $250 non-refundable deposit is required (i.e., air-inclusive vacation.) However, once your airfare is confirmed and Delta Vacations has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed.
