Tour Itinerary
The itinerary begins with your arrival at the airport in Beijing and ends with your transfer to the Shanghai airport for your departure home. When making your travel arrangements, please keep in mind that the majority of flights to China from the United States arrive the following day and flights back to the United States arrive the same day.

Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to Beijing International Hotel or similar for check-in. |

Full day tour: visit to the Temple of Heaven (viewing local people doing morning exercise), Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Summer Palace. Summer Palace is the largest imperial garden in the world. (B, L) |
Day 3
Beijing |
Full day visit to the Shaolin Kungfu Training School (or Sacred Way), and Badaling Great Wall. Photo stop at the Bird Nest & Water Cube if time allows. Jade workshop visit en route. (B, L)

Morning tour of Hutong & Panda Zoo. Pearl workshop visit en route. Afternoon free or

Full day visit to the Terracotta Warriors & Horses, and City Wall. Visit to the ceramics & pottery workshop en route. Tang Dinner Show tonight. (B, L, SD) |
Day 7
Xi'an - Guilin |
Transfer for your flight to Guilin. None of any others scenery in the world could be ranked in parallel with Guilin for the magnificent natural landscape. In the afternoon, visit Reed Flute Cave. (B, L) |
Day 8
Guilin - Yangshuo |
Today, enjoy a scenic boat cruise down the Li-Jiang River to the small town of Yang Shuo. Along the route, experience an endless variety of spectacular scenery and colorful river traffic which ranges from one man bamboo rafts to large junks, plus an occasional wading water buffalo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, transfer to the Hotel.

Yangshuo - Shanghai |
Morning free in Yangshuo.
Optional tour to a local culinary training school to learn how to cook Chinese dishes and enjoy the food prepared by tourists themselves.(USD $50 per person).

Shanghai |
Full day visit to the Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum, Xintiandi and the Bund.

Bus excursion to Suzhou. Visit Garden of Net Master, Lingering Garden, the Grand Canal, Silk spinning factory and the local market, Return to Shanghai. (B, L) |

Airfare is available to passengers traveling from the United States and Canada, and when booked in conjunction with a land/tour vacation. An additional $250 non-refundable deposit is required (i.e., air-inclusive vacation.) However, once your airfare is confirmed and Delta Vacations has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed. |
